Digital delivery

Every product in this shop is a digital download. There is no physical shipment and no shipping charge. After Stripe confirms payment, your confirmation page provides the purchased ZIP file. Downloads are available seven days a week. Open the ZIP on your device to access the included PDFs, editable files, or practice materials listed on the product page.

Payment and pricing

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Each purchase is a single payment for the selected product. A purchase does not start a subscription. Review the final amount in Stripe checkout before paying.

Keep your download link

Save the private link on your confirmation page. Anyone with that link can access the purchased files, so keep it for your own records. For a missing link or download problem, email us with your order reference and the email address used at checkout.

Returns and refund requests

Digital files cannot be physically returned. For a duplicate payment, missing or damaged file, product problem, or refund request, contact contact.treadwaydigital@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed individually. Any rights you have under applicable consumer law remain in place. A completed full refund ends access to that order’s downloads.

Using your purchase

Use the books and editable tools in your own learning or business workflow. Keep the source downloads and private links for your own use. Reselling or redistributing the original files is not included. Follow the use notes supplied inside each product.
