WEBSITE PRIVACY
What we collect.
What we use it for.
Here is how information from this website is used, where it goes, and how to contact us about it.

Information you send us
Project inquiries and quotes
When you request a project, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, project idea, selected package or options, budget, timeline, and interest in ongoing support. We also keep the request reference, submission time, and the policy acknowledgement associated with the request.
We use this information to review the work, contact you, prepare a quote, and manage the project if you go ahead. Submitting an inquiry does not make your details public.
Project agreements and payments
For an agreed project, we keep the quote, scope, status, project email, selected payment terms, invoice and payment references, and related project records. If you sign electronically, the record includes your typed signature name, agreement text and version, acceptance time, and a fingerprint identifying the accepted document.
Project card payments take place on Stripe’s hosted checkout or invoice pages. The studio keeps payment references and status information, not your full card details.
Private project files
When you use the file area on a private project page, we store the files you upload and details such as the file name, type, size, upload date, and project reference. The studio can add materials and final deliverables to the same project. Files are available through that project’s private link and authorized studio accounts; they are not published in the public product catalog.
Final deliverable downloads unlock after the agreed work is approved and full payment has cleared. Project records and the applicable retention terms continue to apply to uploaded files.
Request emails
When automatic email is enabled, Gmail handles request confirmations sent to the email address supplied with an inquiry and alerts sent to the studio. We keep queued messages, recipients, sending attempts, and delivery status so the studio can review results and retry messages when needed. These records are separate from basic visit counts.
Feedback and email
Feedback submissions include your message, selected category, submission time, and any name or reply email you choose to provide. The studio owners can review feedback privately to respond or improve the site and products. If you email us, we receive the information you put in that message.
Please leave passwords, full card numbers, sensitive personal documents, and other unnecessary private information out of inquiries and feedback.
Files used in Toolbox
Treadway Toolbox processes selected files and pasted content in your browser. Their contents are not uploaded to the studio for processing. The page downloads the software, fonts, and other assets needed to run the tools, including the local text-recognition tools.
Your current work and one previous replaced editor draft may stay in memory during the visit. Reloading or closing the page clears that workspace; save the results you want to keep before leaving. Files you download remain on your device. Toolbox does not change your original files.
Visits and browser storage
Basic visit counts
Some pages send a page path and a random browser-session identifier to our visit counter. The browser stores this identifier for the session and renews it after 30 minutes of inactivity. On the server, it is combined with the day and converted into a hash before it is saved. Counts reflect browser sessions, not a verified count of individual people.
Visit records include the day, page path, and daily session hash. Our visit counter does not save raw visitor IP addresses. Visit records are kept for up to 90 days, with older records removed as new visits are recorded.
Preventing repeated submissions
When an inquiry or feedback form is submitted, the server uses the request’s IP address and an hourly time window to create a hash for submission limits. The saved counter uses that hash rather than the raw IP address. These abuse-prevention counts are separate from the visit counter.
Preferences and sign-in
The browser remembers whether you have dismissed the welcome chooser during the session. Some interactive samples may save a display preference in your browser, such as the number of decimal places. You can remove this saved information through your browser’s site-data controls.
Signing in to an owner-only area uses ChatGPT’s sign-in service. Access checks use the signed-in account information supplied by that service. You do not need to sign in to browse public pages or send a project inquiry.
Services that handle information
The website’s hosting and database services handle the information needed to serve pages and store submissions. Email services handle messages you send to the studio. Stripe handles project payment processing and receives the customer and project information needed for checkout, invoicing, and any separately authorized installment arrangement.
If you buy a digital product through Gumroad or get an app through Google Play, that service handles its own account, purchase, and payment information. Social links take you to other services. Those providers have their own terms, privacy practices, and retention policies.
The studio’s project management tools and feedback inbox are restricted to authorized studio owner accounts. Private project pages use a private access link; do not share that link publicly or include it in a public screenshot.
Keeping records and answering requests
Project and payment records, agreements, inquiries, feedback, and correspondence may be kept to manage the work, respond to questions, resolve issues, and maintain business records. The 90-day period above applies to visit records, not to these other records.
If you want to ask about information you submitted, correct a detail, or request deletion of an unpaid inquiry, email contact.treadwaydigital@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the request. We may need to verify that the information is yours, and some contract, invoice, payment, or other records may need to be kept.
For an app’s data practices, read its own privacy policy. For a purchase handled by another provider, you may also need to contact that provider about its records.
Hacker’s Run
The Android game has its own Hacker’s Run privacy policy, including optional rewarded ads and local game saves.
